THREADING AFTERCARE
For the first 24 hours after your treatment:
-
Do not touch or rub the treated area
-
Do not enter a swimming pool, sauna or jacuzzi
-
Do not apply any foundation or creams
-
No excessive sweating from exercise etc.
-
If your skin is still sore, you are able to use aloe vera, witch hazel, coconut oil or rose water to soothe the skin
After the first 24 hours following your treatment:
-
Use a brow wand, as required, to comb the brows into place after sleeping or showering
-
Use a brow nourishing serum such as castor oil, to condition the brows and keep them in tip-top condition for your next treatment and for the health of the hairs
-
Gently and regularly exfoliate the area if you suffer with under-the-skin brow hairs that couldn't be removed during your treatment due to being under the skin
Tinting & henna AFTERCARE
-
If your brows or lashes look too dark, don’t worry – it will fade. It’s important the colour is a little darker to begin with so the tint lasts. The initial darkness will only last a few days and will get a little closer to the right colour every time you cleanse your face
-
Avoid getting your lashes or brows wet for 12 hours after having them tinted. Cleanse around the areas with a gentle product instead. Giving the dye longer to settle is a tried and tested way to make your tint last longer
-
Check your cleanser/eye makeup remover isn’t oil-based. Oil strips the tint from your lashes/brows, which means you’ll have to return to the salon sooner than you’d like. Swap for gel or cream based cleansers: they’re nice and gentle and will save you time and money in the long run
-
If any irritation or swelling occurs, apply a cold compress and contact E&B for advice. Seek medical advice if any irritation or swelling persists

Three days after the service start applying the provided aftercare cream or castor oil. Some clients notice their brow hairs seem dry after this treatment and it is very important that the after care cream is applied to the hairs nightly
