"If you don't already know me, I'm the owner of Earth & Beauty and have been building my skills and experience in the industry since 2016. I set up Earth & Beauty itself in 2019 and it has been a whirlwind of fun and progress since then.
I offer a wide range of services including aesthetics, semi permanent makeup, non surgical body contouring, and beauty and wellness treatments, but I am most well known for my elite skills when it comes to brow artistry.
It all started with a piece of thread and a dream back in 2017 when I taught myself the ancient art of eyebrow threading, and since then I have continued working hard, building a strong reputation in the local community and have absolutely loved carrying out thousands of treatments in this time.
I also have a strong passion for natural health, wellness and remedies and have a qualification as a holistic health practitioner and another in diet and nutrition. I have a plant-based, digital nutrition course available on my website which you can gain lifetime access to.
I can also put you in contact with other private healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Medics) with discounts for a range of services when mentioning my referral. I also have special discount codes for my clients with partners such as Huel and Goli. I have also partnered with a luxury cosmetic surgery clinic in Izmir, Türkiye allowing all of my clients and friends to receive a generous 20% discount off all cosmetic surgery and dentistry procedures.
In 2024, after having my own salons in Weymouth Town Centre for 4 years, I have decided to restructure my business allowing me to have a healthier work-life balance and reach a wider demographic. From September 2024 I will no longer have my own salon, but instead will be based around Dorset at multiple, stunning salons offering my services to even more networks of clients.
After spending years of time and thousands of pounds on training courses, I am now working towards my Level 7 in Aesthetics, which is the highest achievable regulated qualification in the industry. This allows me to further enhance my knowledge and skills and offer an elite standard of service.
I have also set up my own training academy offering courses in semi-permanent makeup and non-surgical body contouring. I offer accredited certification and am excited to help empower others to set up their own businesses within this rewarding and exciting industry."

Me
Born in London, to English & Turkish heritage and raised between London, Essex & Suffolk, Jayda Rose (AKA Jeyda Yilmaz) has had the chance to see both Eastern and Western cultures growing up, as well as living, working and studying around the South of England.
Jayda's first language is English, although she also speaks Turkish as a second language, which she learnt as a teen to honour her roots.
Having moved to Weymouth originally in 2008, Jayda has settled well in Weymouth, and has a real soft spot for Bournemouth.
Jayda has had a rewarding and fun career in Youth Work around Dorset and has been lucky enough to work with young people aged 6-20, empowering them to achieve their goals.
Since going on a massive health-kick in 2019, Jayda decided that after 2 years of being pescetarian that it was time to make the switch to a plant based diet. This lifestyle had massively aligned with Jayda's views for a long-time and making this change was not as difficult as one may think. Veganism is the logical solution to climate control, ending animal cruelty, and living a healthier and longer life.

Pictured here, Jayda's first ever duet performance. Jayda enjoyed learning belly dancing over three years, and in more recent years has entered the Latin scene and has a new-found love for bachata. Jayda attends classes and parties in and around Bournemouth and can recommend teachers for both salsa and bachata dance genres to those who are interested.
Jayda & Andy have been together since 2015 and met in Weymouth where they both worked for a well known pizza outlet. Colleague-ship blossomed into friendship, and friendship blossomed into romance; after a year of getting to know one another they finally became an item.
Who was to know that such an accepting, mind-opening, liberating, passionate, respectful, and deeply loving relationship was on the cards for these two!
As well as a career in Youth Work, Jayda also worked as a Detainee Custody Officer for the UK Home Office based from The Verne Prison on Portland. Jayda's role was to transport immigration-status detainees around the UK, collecting them from and dropping them off to prisons, airports, police stations and more. Jayda used to drive the big ol' transportation vans every day, and worked up to 18-hour shifts doing many stops.
Jayda loves travelling and has visited some breathtaking places in many countries over the last few years. Countries visited include Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Italy, Malta, Netherlands & Spain
Jayda's partner Andy is from Portugal so has taken her many times and shared some hidden gems with her.
Pictured here on the official set of FRIENDS, Jayda loves getting the chance to curl up on the sofa with a box-set or movie. Other favourites include; Black Mirror, 2 Broke Girls, Orphan Black, Power. Favourite movie genre is sci-fi or psychological thriller.
Joey is Jayda & Andy's beautiful black and white cat. He certainly turns their house in to a home with his sweet temperament and playful, little self. He loves chasing shoe-laces and going into his play-tunnels.
