Service Description

Please note: this treatment is for infills only and is not a completely new set of lashes! Within 14 - 21 Days from the Original Full Set If you have lost more lashes than what would be deemed as a normal amount for this time period, you may be charged an additional surcharge on the day. This will be made clear to you by your therapist at the beginning of the treatment. Any infills carried out over 21 days from the full set application, will be treated as a new set and the full cost of a new set will be applicable. How long will they last? Infills are usually required after 2-3 weeks. The infill treatment includes professional cleaning of the lashes and complete top up of the extensions back to full-set. If the lashes are for a holiday or one off event, you can also book in for an eyelash extension removal if you don't want to keep up with the regular maintenance. Aftercare: There is specific after-care involved when wearing individual eyelash extensions which includes 48 hour after care and for the duration of wearing the lashes. For the first 48 hours after the extensions have been applied, the glue is still setting to its full holding power, so it is vital that lashes are kept completely dry. Lashes should not be tampered with, rubbed or touched, and definitely do not sleep belly-down on your face! Never wear mascara over the extensions. Swimming/ hot tub/ sauna should be avoided for the first 48 hours also due to the need for them to be kept dry and not soak off. After the 48 hour period has passed you have more freedom with your lashes and should comb them with a clean spoolie/ lash wand every day to keep them clean and tidy.


Cancellation Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: * Sessions valued under £50.00 will have a non-refundable booking fee of 50%. * Sessions valued over £50.00 will require a prepayment of 100% of the service value which is subjected to a 50% non-refundable booking fee. * The 50% prepayment of any services is non-refundable regardless of service redemption, attendance, amendment or cancellation. CANCELLING WITHOUT RESCHEDULING: * If the session is valued under £50.00, in this instance the client will lose the non-refundable booking fee. * If the session is valued over £50.00 and the client does not wish to reschedule then Earth & Beauty will refund the remaining 50% once this has been requested via WhatsApp or SMS +447811181101. RESCHEDULING WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO THE SESSION START TIME: * All clients can amend their appointments for free via the client portal with up to 48 hours before the session begins. * Make sure to amend your current booking instead of cancelling it and rebooking another, as your prepayment is attached to your current booking and the system does not automatically refund you if you cancel and rebook. SESSIONS VALUED UNDER £50.00 AMENDING WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS TO THE SESSION START TIME: * Clients who wish to amend their session with less than 48 hours of it beginning will lose their non-refundable booking fee. * Clients should give as much notice as possible via +447811181101. * Clients will have to make a new booking via the booking system. * Repeat offenders (more than three times) will be blacklisted regardless of the non-refundable fee retained by Earth & Beauty. SESSIONS OR COURSES OF SESSIONS VALUED OVER £50.00 IN TOTAL AMENDING WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS TO THE SESSION START TIME: * For clients who wish to amend their session with less than 48 hours of it beginning there will be a charge applicable before the appointment can be rescheduled or redeemed. * You will need to contact +447811181101 via WhatsApp or SMS to reschedule the appointment. * You will be sent a secure Sumup link to pay the charge, based on how many minutes was booked out of Earth & Beauty's calendar at a rate of 50p per minute. ALL SESSIONS: * This policy applies to all sessions including; new sessions, follow-ups, top-ups and consultations, and sessions booked as part of a course. NO EXCEPTIONS: * Clients are responsible for attending their appointments on time. * Unforeseen circumstances, or clients' personal misfortune are not something Earth & Beauty can lose income for.
